About EVOQ

At EVOQ Therapeutics, we’re developing innovative immunotherapies to improve the lives of those living with autoimmune disease.

Our breakthrough NanoDisc technology targets the root cause of autoimmune disease and restores the body’s native immune tolerance in diseases like Type 1 diabetes, Celiac disease and Lupus.

Our Science
& Platform

EVOQ’s proprietary NanoDisc technology delivers the comprehensive coverage necessary to restore the body’s native immune tolerance.

Following simple subcutaneous administration, EVOQ NanoDiscs deliver disease-specific antigens directly to dendritic cells in the lymph nodes, liver and spleen.

This comprehensive targeting greatly enhances the desired immune response with up to 30 times greater effectiveness versus other approaches. Proven in preclinical models for diseases like Type 1 Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis, and Lupus, our technology offers a promising new path for targeted autoimmune disease therapy with simple administration.
